Refund policy

Customers in the UK or EU:

in the event that you wish to return an item, you have up to 14 days to notify us of this. Then you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be sent back in the condition they were received.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving the item.

We do not refund postage.

 

Customers outside the EU:

you may return an item within 21 days. No refund will be made for shipping.
