An unusually large Chiltern bear at approx. 25 inches.
There is some fur loss but all the joints are working. The stitched nose & mouth are original & she has her clear glass eyes. The kapok stuffing has shifted slightly over the years so her head now slumps forward somewhat & the stuffing in the legs has shifted too. The paw pads are original and have a couple of stitched repairs as shown.
She wears a sweet cotton dress & blue silk jacket which date from the early part of last century. She also has a rattle made from an old bone ring & a metal bell on a ribbon.
